Returns and refunds

We have been offering 14 day returns for as long as we can , to ensure the best possible experience. The service is valid exclusively for products purchased in the online store www.finche.store

If the item was purchased through an authorized retailer, it is necessary to contact the point of sale directly, or in any case always directly to the seller.

We invite you to contact our Support Team via chat to explain the reason for the return by attaching photos of the product.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us and we will fix the problem!

We do not accept returns after the 14 day period, so contact us as soon as possible and you will receive a full refund!

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND?

Simply fill out our form on the contact page or email us at info@finche.life with your order number. Once the product is received and verified, we will give a full refund of the amount spent!

SHIPPING AND RETURN OF THE PRODUCT(S).

– the product must be intact and intact, in its original packaging and in excellent condition;

– it must not be personalized nor must it have been washed and used.

IF THE PRODUCTS ARE DEFECTIVE/WRONG/DAMAGED?

If the products received are defective, incorrect and/or damaged, contact us within 14 days of receiving the package. Please remember to include your order number, photographs of the product in question and all references to your parcel invoice and, in accordance with our money back guarantee policy, we will do our best to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

HOW DO I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please contact us as soon as possible at info@finche.life if you wish to change or cancel your order. Remember to include the order number and the modification/cancellation you wish to make, you will receive confirmation of the operation.

Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be changed or cancelled.

If your request meets all the conditions, we will assist you in organizing the collection of the product by sending you a return label.

If we provide you with a return label, we recommend that you entrust the package to the courier indicated by us within the next 15 days, otherwise we will no longer be able to manage the return and the related refund.

Upon receipt of the product, we will send you a confirmation email. You can subsequently request the refund of the amount spent on the purchase of the Product or, alternatively, the provision of a voucher for the same amount to be reused on the official Finchè website.

If you have incurred shipping costs and decide to return the entire order, the refund will also include shipping costs. “Non-standard” shipping costs are excluded from this perimeter.
