CERTIFICATIONS
OCS standard 100 certifies that the fabric used is of biological origin. It is a standard for verifying and tracking the flow of raw material from source to final product as well as transparency within the production chain.
The Organic Content Standard certification is a project of Textile Exchange , a global non-profit organization, working to guide the textile industry towards more sustainable fashion.
Oeko-Tex standard 100 is an independent and uniform control and certification system at an international level for raw materials, semi-finished and finished products in the textile sector at every level of processing, as well as for the accessory materials used. It aims to ensure that textile products are free of toxic substances, and therefore safe for human health and the environment. The tests are carried out against the extensive and stringent requirements list comprising several hundred individual regulated substances.
GOTS certifies the content of natural fibers from organic farming of both intermediate and finished products, the maintenance of traceability throughout the entire production process, the restrictions in the use of chemical products and compliance with environmental criteria. But it also guarantees ethical working conditions for employees of the textile supply chain who enjoy the same rights dictated by the United Nations (UN).
The PETA Approved Vegan standard is the certification awarded by the animal rights organization PETA to non-food products that have not used or mistreated directly or indirectly in their processing, production or handling.
The GRS (Global Recycle Standard) certification standard certifies products obtained from recycled materials and manufacturing activities. It valorises products made with recycled materials, in compliance with environmental and social criteria extended to all phases of the production chain.
The FAIR TRADE Certification Standard indicates that a product complies with the social, economic and environmental standards established by Fair Trade International, with the aim of balancing the balance of trade relations, the instability of markets and the inequities of traditional trade.

No! We pay the shipping costs for you! The only cases in which you will have to pay shipping costs are for foreign purchases and for any product returns!

Delivery by the courier will be made within 5 - 7 working days.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Of course! Send us an email to info@finche.life and we will guide you step by step in exchanging your item. We inform you that shipping costs for any return are at the customer's expense.

Once we receive the package and verify the contents, you will receive a full refund.
The return and refund period is valid for 14 days from delivery. After this period of time, refunds will not be made!
As soon as possible after we have received and checked the package and that everything is correct, you will receive the refund within a maximum of 72 hours.
